Conveyors - twin trace

Specifically designed to handle products of low bulk densities and those that require gentle handling at slow chain speeds.

 

· Construction options:

· Stainless steel

· Galvanized steel

· Mild steel powder coat painted

 

· All bolted construction

· 4 standard widths available 250,400, 600 & 1000mm

Heavy-duty construction with 5mm thick bases, 3mm sides and covers. Fitted with 5mm thick wear strips for the roller chain to run on and 3mm side wear strips to reduce maintenance costs.

· All joints formed by heavy-duty welded plates ensuring good surface alignment.

· Robust roller chain. Twin strands of roller chain with tensile strengths from 6,000lb to 30,000 lb per strand of chain, fitted slats manufactured from angle iron with shedder plates. These are far greater in strength than a standard flat, mild steel bar used as a flight bar.

· The flights bolt through the hollow pins in the chain making replacement easy.

· Deep flights fitted for inclined applications

· Range of chain speeds to suit a variety of hard to handle products

· Curved and inclined machines available

· Drive configurations to suit customer preferences:

· Vee belt drive to shaft mounted speed reducer

· Geared motor drive with chain and sprocket final dr

· Shaft mounted geared motor
